Teacher Laptop Refresh Checklist

Back up your documents, folders, and favorite websites for Windows 7 / Windows 10.
Make note of any software that was manually installed and any associated license keys. Your local field tech will be working with you to collect this information for a smooth transition to your new laptop.
Make note of your installed printers. This will help you identify which printers to install on your new laptop. Click these instructions for how to locate installed printers.

If you have created worlds in Minecraft: Education Edition, you will need to export them from your laptop. Click here for directions.
Remove any SD cards and wireless receivers on the old laptop.

Software not automatically installed can be accessed via the Software Center icon (onsite).
Any software that is to be manually installed will require a WebHelpDesk ticket. (Intranet only)
